Summary: CLEAN ROOMS FRIENDLY STAFF, THE FOOD WAS GREAT! ME AND THE FAMILY HAD A BLAST! THE POOL THE HOT TUB OUR STAY WAS AMAZING. MY CHILDREN ENJOYED SURE STAY.

Summary: Overall the lobby, kitchen area and room were noticeably clean. Most of the staff were pleasant however there were others who where viewed as displeased with our arrival as minority visitors. My colleague and I traveled to the area to participate in a 4 day training, but decided to leave early due to the uncomfortable air and unspoken behaviors of some employees. Given the pungent smell in the area, there appeared to be a humidifier in the room. After the second day it stopped working and we had to empty out the accumulated water in the tank. Also after the first day, a request for housekeeping was made. Despite housekeeping noting they cleaned the room, no one visited to provide a change of towels or change the linens. We were highly disappointed in our stay at this Best Western and an email was forwarded to management as a result.

Summary: The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The breakfast was amazing! It's convenient to Hershey and nicer than the hotels in Hershey for a fraction of the price.

Summary: Staff was excellent, breakfast was wonderful, beds comfortable, and room was very spacious. Only gripe would be other guests running down the halls in the middle of the night. This was a basketball team the first night and a baseball team the second. Other than other guests, our stay was well above the norm.

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights and had no issues the whole time. Gym was excellent, one of the best I’ve been in at a hotel. Continental breakfast was amazing, they did not run out of food and it was good stuff!

Summary: This is our 5th or 6th stay at your hotel. Our parents live within 5 minutes drive and this is so convenient, it is also a very nice hotel.
